While customer-facing websites get all the design and branding love, client portals and internal-facing apps are traditionally treated like poor second cousins with little creative investment and aesthetic flair.
At OSC, however, we believe every single touchpoint is another opportunity to reinforce your brand and project quality in every facet of your business. For Saucon’s client portal, we were given the opportunity to wear this belief on our sleeves.
Working collaboratively with the client, we developed colour-coding and iconography that represented the wide range of Saucon solutions. We also developed a data and analytics dashboard that is easy to read and uncover greater business efficiencies at-a-glance.
Once the client portal look and feel had been developed, we carried the colour palette and design over to the Saucon mobile app and driver touchscreen. The overall strategy was to create a clean and uncluttered design, and incorporate a simple user interface. Our simplified touchscreen design is especially appreciated by bus drivers, a user group who traditionally multi-task frequently while keeping both eyes firmly on the road.
