When Saucon contacted OSC, the organisation was looking for an innovative way to leverage its client and passenger insights, and translate the company’s core business ethos into a unique and meaningful brand positioning.
It was obvious from the beginning that the Saucon team was a passionate group of professionals deeply committed to “all things bus.” Our objective was to bring this passion to life across all the organisation’s communication mediums.
OSC closely worked with the Saucon team to develop a language that spoke directly to the client needs in an empathetic and assuring tone. We incorporated this unique tone into an entirely bespoke website and supporting communications materials. The website developed is responsive (flexible), extendable (adaptable) and can be maintained in-house by the Saucon team (CMS).
The company’s new brand strategy has effectively positioned Saucon as the category leader, with a means to grow and evolve as they continue to shape the future of bus transportation intelligence.
